Tanne Spielman (Ramblers Communications & Brand Manager) has contacted me with a request for volunteers for a photoshoot on the Beachy Head coast path on Sunday 22nd May as part of the summer coast path walking campaign. Here are the details:
Meeting place: 11am at Beachy Head West Car Park, Beachy Head Rd, Eastbourne BN20 7YA
Dress code: Vibrant summer walking clothes – sunhats, sunglasses, t-shirts, water bottles, backpacks etc.
Click here to apply to be part of the shoot, please share some details about you with us: https://www.ramblers.org.uk/Get-involved/Photo-shoots/Summer-coast
Light refreshments will be provided and they will pay reasonable travel expenses.
The photos will particularly be for our summer coast path campaign that is all about celebrating the England Coast Path opening in stretches and the joys of walking on the coast this summer. The campaign will help to fundraise to continue the vital work of Ramblers volunteers and recruit more members to our walking community, so these photos will hugely help with that.
The aim is to get a suite of images to create a vibrant engaging image of the Ramblers, that inspires others to get involved and find out more about the charity.
The shoot will involve walking back and forth, chatting, sitting for a break etc. in front of the camera. Tanne will attend the shoot with the photographer and we’ll direct everyone in what to do on the day.
We’d love to create an upbeat intergenerational dynamic of a group of friends and family out walking together in summer on the coast. Children, grandchildren, and dogs are all very welcome!
The shots will look a bit like this:
It should be a fun day out!
