Recent Sunday times rich list shows, that the richest 1000 people just 0.oo3 % of adult population, increased their wealth by £155 billion in three years. That is more than enough to pay off the entire current UK budget deficit and leaving them with 30 billion to spare. This mega- rich elite, include many of the bankers, Hedge fund managers and private equity operators who cause the financial crash in the fist place, have not been made to pay back. 77% of the budget deficit is recouped by public expenditure cuts and benefits cuts. 23% recouped by vat and tax increases, which hit the poorest and the hardest.
No direct increase in capital gain tax to the supper rich, whose wealth amount to £ 414 billion now.
