Transport and accessibility
If you are travelling by car, parking is available in the church car park and surrounding roads (no permit required). The venue is accessible by bus and the 5A bus service stops outside the church. An Induction Loop system is available for those with hearing issues as well as toilets for the disabled and wheelchair access.

The meeting will be followed by drinks and refreshments. So that we have an idea of numbers for the catering, it would be really helpful if you could email our Club Secretary (secretary@bahr.org.uk) if you are planning to attend.

Following the format of the past couple of years, the reports from the Chair and Officers will be taken as read, and there will be time for discussion about any points arising from the reports on the day.
We will not be providing paper copies of any of the attached documents at the AGM, so please do print off any documents that you wish to bring along to the meeting or download these onto your smart device in advance.
If you would like to put forward a formal motion for the meeting to consider please email details to the Club Secretary (secretary@bahr.org.uk) by 19th November.
