This is to notify you that the 2022 AGM will be held on Friday 18th November.
Venue: Bishop Hannington Church, Nevill Avenue, Hove BN3 7NH
Time: 7.30 - 9.30 pm
Ample parking is available in the church car park and surrounding roads (no permit required). The #5A bus stops outside the church. An Induction Loop system is available for those with hearing issues as well as toilets for the disabled and wheelchair access.

Following last year's AGM Officers will not deliver their reports at the meeting but will post them on the BAHR website (2022 AGM Stuff) a week beforehand for you to peruse. This will give participants greater opportunity to discuss and comment on the day.
Minutes of last year's AGM can be found on the Committee Stuff page of the website (https://bahr.org.uk/committee-stuff). It would greatly help if you could print and bring these with you to the meeting.
You will also find on the Committee Stuff page a combined Nomination and Motions Form. If you would like to put forward a formal motion for the meeting to consider please complete the appropriate section of the form and send it to the Club Secretary (email@example.com) by 31st October.
The meeting will be followed with drinks and refreshments. For catering purposes it would greatly help if you would let our Club Secretary know that you intend to attend.
