Hi Geoff, Yes, we ploughed through the snow fields around Brighton racecourse, and on to frozen Woodingdean. A small band of 6, but extremely well-provided with muffins and flapjacks - must remember the hip flask next time... Beautiful Breughelesque landscapes - oh, dear: Pseudscorner for that one...
Are you up for the Sunday afternoon Firle walk (12 Feb)? Drivers/cars are needed - I've no idea how many cars will be available; I'll phone walk leader at end of week - perhaps it's just pot luck...I'll give you a bell then as well. All the best, Jim
