As my original route duplicated too much of Graham's recent walk, I've redesigned it, but starting at the same location. The new route (which is already on the on-line programme) will take us through Friston Forest to Exceat, and then back along the SDW over five of the Seven Sisters. It's a moderately strenuous walk, with lots of hills, but with wonderful views of the Cuckmere Valley. Walking poles are recommended. Hope to see you there. Mike
