Looks like there is a button to download map to Garmin - I don't have a Garmin so can't test that.
FYI
Popped into the Hare and Hounds at Preston Circus and there was full on refurb is progress, so nearly left, but barman confirmed pub was open - draught beer is £2.50 for whole of July! Great place to spend an hour not getting soaking wet, oh, and I won £13 on the quizzer Cha Ching!. N.B. the pub is changing its's name back to the H&H from The Hydrant.
