This walk has been organised to take place in the Adur valley and following my visit to the area last Sunday it appeared difficult to access the river bank from the Steyning Car Park. I also received information from another walk leader that access to paths further upstream were difficult in early February and a further 4/5 inches of rain have fallen since then. Using risk assessment thoughts, I feel that it is safer to cancel this time and I will resubmit this walk in the programme later in the year. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation.
