This is a gentle figure-of-eight walk with each circuit of approximately 6 miles. In the morning we head east onto the Downs returning to Rottingdean for lunch at the Plough Inn, picnic on the green or local cafes/tea shops. After lunch we head west towards Ovingdean with its lovely Anglo-Saxon Church and Open Access land beyond. Finish in Rottingdean. For those who are gluttons for punishment there is the Undercliff Walk back to Brighton Marina (2 miles)!
Meet up at Churchill Sq. Stop E to catch 13X 09:46 arriving at Rottingdean 10:00. Start of walk approx. 10:15 outside Plough Inn, Vicarage Lane. Parking available by Tesco Express next to the bus stop.
