A hilly circular walk around East Dean, the Eastbourne Downs, Beachy Head, Birling Gap and Went Hill. Great coastal and inland views. Picnic lunch or pub at Beachy Head. Possibility of tea and cake or pub stop at the end of the walk.
Bus # 13X leaves from Brighton Sea Life Centre, Stop K at 09:53 (also from Brighton Churchill Square, Stop E at 9:46). Arrives East Dean at 10:41. Leader will be going directly to the starting point, which is the public car park at East Dean, adjacent to the Tiger Inn and the village hall. Free parking for those travelling by car.
