Due to the forecast of heavy showers throughout the day on the island, this walk has been postponed until Saturday August 25th. The walk is fairly exposed with no tree cover, so a fine day is needed to justify the train and ferry cost. The public programme on the website is being amended to show the change, and I shall be at Brighton Station tomorrow morning to cancel the walk.
