Meeting point is 10:15am at St Peters Church (stop V) on the Level.
Obviously, if another stop along the route is more convenient for you, catch the bus there.
If you choose to meet us at the start of the walk at Ditchling Beacon carpark, be advised that the carpark is quite small and you will need to pre-pay parking (see the link below for details). Parking is free if you display a current National Trust sticker.
For clarity, we will NOT meet at our usual spot at the west side of the Level.
Any queries, just give me a call 07984 369315.
The walk follows the ridge towards Blackcap, where we will drop down for a lunch break at the Half Moon pub at Plumpton. I will make a provisional booking, but obviously availability will depend on actual numbers on the day.
Our return route takes us back up Plumpton Bostal with a short loop over the other side of the ridge.
Given the likely wet and windy weather, and the bus times, we will aim to be back at Ditchlin Beacon carpark in time to catch the 3:45pm bus.
