Hi all, this is a 12 mile circular walk from Bo Peep descending via Green Way, along Cradle Hill to a stop at High and Over and via the Cuckmere River climbing up the SDW and down to Wilmington for lunch at the Giant's Rest, or picnic. Afterwards, walk via Alfriston and back up to Bo Peep. Start from Bo Peep at 9.45am (postcode BN26 6UJ), for those with cars in Brighton, pick up is 9am at the Rose Garden. Most walking is pre lunch (7.5 miles) and a table for 10 is booked at the Giant's Rest for 1.30pm, some spaces still available, please let me know if you want a space. Due to the late lunch stop please bring snacks if needed for our view stop at High and Over and plenty of water (and sunscreen!) There are a few stiff climbs but you have to climb to get a view:). Last weekend there were buttercups galore, butterflies and birds, what's not to like..

The Rose Garden meet up point is shown on this map. I will be going from the Rose Garden but my car is presently full so it would be great if there are other Brighton drivers?
