Hope some of you are looking forward to the walk on the 'West -Side'. Cars will be required so please go to Preston with cars if you can for 9.45am. Anyone kind enough to do so, please post/comment to allow others to bag-zee a seat!
I will meet everyone at 10.30am at the start . Car park is off the A27 dual carriage way into the woods, right turn into Blakehurst at 'Poling Corner' (before you reach the traffic lights/Arundel from Worthing). As road turns sharp left, park on gravel car…

Come and join us for this 19.5 mile walk this Sunday, it starts from Lewes station at 9.45 and we will be walking a fast pace in the morning, we walked this in April and we had 2 stops in the morning and we got to Alfriston at 13.45, for a 45 minute stop, in the afternoon we had 4x stops and we got to Eastbourne at 17.30.
If you only want to do half the walk, you can leave us at Alfriston by bus or train, the weather should be dry but cloudy thanks Big Neil

We will start the walk at 10.45am because of the time it takes from Brighton. From the middle of Chichester go about 4 miles on the B2178 to East Ashling. Go just past The Horse & Groom Pub & turn right towards West Stoke. After about three quarters of a mile turn left at the sign post & you will find the car park. Look at the website --- Kingley Vale Nature Reserve. The weather forecast looks good !! See you Thursday. Mick T 01273 500341

New volunteers are needed to lead our walks, and without more leaders the group will have problems, so can you help us? No special training is required, but…
