I've been talking about it for months and its almost here!
I'm taking part in the Thames Path Challenge 50K on 14th Sept to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation UK and I'd really appreciate your support. I plan to
walk/crawl the 30 miles and all I ask is a few pounds towards my target. Whatever you give will be matched by my work, so every penny truly does count!

BAHR walking with MP's
The evening walk with Caroline Lucas was a great success. Over 40 members turned out, and most took the opportunity to chat to our local MP. She was particularly receptive to Ramblers’ concerns about the completion of the England coastal path, and has promised to raise this with the government. She also took on board our concerns about local footpath maintenance.
Walks with our other two MPs, in their…Continue

Just to remind you of the 4 mile (hilly walk) around Fulking & Poynings I'm leading on Wednesday evening. We'll also finish with a drink & (possibly...) dessert in the Shepherd & Dog pub afterwards.

We will be travelling a bit further afield this Sunday to walk in unfamiliar surroundings. We will journey north to the Box Hill area of the North downs.
The walk will be approximately 12 miles in length and will include some hills. You do have to work hard to be rewarded with a good view!! There should be one or two of those along the way!
We meet in Brighton at the West side of The Level at 10am on Sunday. We then make our way north to the walk start point. There is no…Continue

I'm so sorry but I won't be able to lead this walk on 25th anymore. I intend to do it in the Autumn. Will update when I know when I can do.

Ramblers Head Office has encouraged us to engage with our local MPs. All three of our MPs have accepted our invitation to join one of our walks. The first one is Caroline Lucas (Brighton Pavilion) who will be with us for Alison's evening walk next Wednesday. It's a four mile circular starting and finishing at the Cock Inn pub in Wivelsfield Green. Caroline will meet us at the south end of Preston Park at 6.30. Do come along to meet one of our MPs, and have your say.
