Please join me for an attractive 11 mile circular walk through the south eastern area of the Ashdown Forest, including Old Lodge Nature Reserve, a section of The Wealdway and Nutley Windmill. The walk will begin promptly at 10.30am from the ‘Friends’ car park in Crowborough Road, near Nutley, East Sussex. Additional parking is available in the ‘Stonehill’ car park on the opposite side of the road.

A circular walk around Lewes. Cars not required - train to Lewes. 9th century priory - a hidden valley with a lost village - pass from one hemisphere to the other - views of Breaky Bottom vineyard. Lunch at Rodmell [Abergvenny Arms] and return along the river or by train from Southease.

I have agreed with the owner to park in the overflow car park just inside the entrance gate on the north ( right side ) this to accommodate other visitors. The walk starts at Roost Hole C.P north of the Mannings Heath Village G.R. TQ208299. Meet at Preston Park Station at 9-30 a.m and bring transport if possible. Please join me for a scenic walk through the parishes of Brightling, Burwash and Dallington in the Rother District of East Sussex. Varied countryside and woodland, with a chance along the way to spot several of Mad Jack Fuller's Follies which were built in this area.
