You are invited to join me on this Rambler's walk on Thursday 21st February. We will meet at the Village Car Park, opposite the Church and pond. The walk will take you through the woods, up on to Stanmer Down to join the Southdowns Way, Ditchling Beacon and back by the Upper Lodges. It looks like being a bright day and I look forward to seeing you, Erica.

It looks like the White Hart Pub has closed down so I am now planning an early lunchstop at Wakehurst Place Cafe. This means a short morning and longer afternoon so you may want to bring extra food.
Looks like the weather is going to be good!

I will be leaving the Level on Sunday morning at 10 am to drive to Balcombe Station for a 10.45 start. Brighton will be busy on Sunday because of the half marathon so if you prefer to go on the train there is one leaving at 10.04 arriving 10.30.
This should be a lovely walk in the High Weald, passing through Wakehurst Place and stopping for lunch at the White Hart Inn before returning to the Station in time to take the train back to Brighton. The Station Car Park cost £1 last time I…Continue
I cannot lead my ramble on May 26th. It is a bank holiday weekend. However if someone fancies leading my planned walk or one of their own that would be great. Please contact Andy the 40s_50s walk coordinator firstname.lastname@example.org

Someone has had to drop out of the Dorset weekend, so I have a space for a female to share a room with one other. It's next weekend, and we are staying in 3 cottages near Abbotsbury. It's self catering, and we are planning a pub extravaganza (food-wise!) for the Saturday evening, and, of course, walks on the Fri, Sat and Sun. The cost is £45 for 2 nights.
If you would like to come, could you contact me as soon as possible, either via this website or via my email -…Continue
