I will be getting the bus from the open the bus stop at Oxford Street at the Open Market and meeting everyone at Ditchling Beacon Car Park.

The 10 mile walk starts at Beeding Hill setting out across high downland and up to the summit of Edburton Hill before a dramatic desent through Devil's Dyke to Poynings for a pub lunch at the Royal Oak. The walk returns through the lower Weald at the foot of the Downs before a final ascent back to the start of the walk.

I am leading the Small Dole, Edburton and Bramber Circular Walk this Sunday.
The walk initially quite flat, passing through farmland and woods, but ascends very steeply onto the South Downs at Edburton. We follow the South Downs Wway along the ridge to Truleigh Hill and descend gradually with views of Adur Valley, crossing the River Adur to join the Downs Link. The Train is now leaving Brighton at 9.30 to get to Hassocks at 9.40 which is slightly later than the original date due to a change in the train time table. If you are meeting at Hassocks meet at approximately 9.40. If you are coming to Brighton and want to try and get group tickets meet outside Marks and Spencer's in the Station.
