Cissbury and Chanctonbury Ring Walk 21st of Janurary 2018

Hi everyone,Looking forward to see you on the walk on Sunday.The route starts from Findon Valley, circumnavigating Cissbury Ring, before heading across the downs to Chanctonbury Ring for panoramic views and on to Washington for a pub lunch. The route then follows sections of the South Downs Way and the Monarchs Way, past Findon Church and Findon Place.There will be mud and steep sections so please bring sturdy boots and poles if you need them.SarahSee More

Hi all, Looking forward to walking on Sunday.

I will be getting the bus from the open the bus stop at Oxford Street at the Open Market and meeting everyone at Ditchling Beacon Car Park.

These are the bus times from different stops if you are getting the bus:

30s-50s Beeding Hill, Devil's Dyke and Poynings Circular - Sunday 15th January 2017

Hi all,

Looking forward to seeing you all next Sunday!

The 10 mile walk starts at Beeding Hill setting out across high downland and up to the summit of Edburton Hill before a dramatic desent through Devil's Dyke to Poynings for a pub lunch at the Royal Oak. The walk returns through the lower Weald at the foot of the Downs before a final ascent back to the start of the walk.
