I walked this route on Monday and the good news is spring has reached the Surrey Hills. This really is too good a walk to miss.The scenery is wonderful, much of the walk is on well drained sand or firm tracks and we even pass a pub used in filming "4 Weddings and A Funeral." Hi everybody, the forecast is good (at the moment), who knows, even the mud may have dried up.
This walk starts and finishes early to allow everyone to either go to the Albion Cup game (starts at 3) or to escape the bedlam in good time! Be aware that there has been some fairly crazy match-day parking at Wild Park, so you may want to consider your getaway if parking there!
